AXICOM is located in Westlake Village, CA. AXICOM serves business throughout Southern California as well as nationally. The office is located in the Westlake Village Industrial Park (photo below) but has a regional and national reach thanks to technology which allows us to remotely support our clients via secured Internet connections.

Jake Nonnemaker - founder, co-owner, President and CEO. Jake received a B.S. in Engineering with an emphasis on Computer Science from Cal State Univeristy, Northridge in 1992. He is also a Microsoft Certified System Engineer and Small Business Specialist.
Christa Nonnemaker - co-owner and Vice President. Christa received a B.A. from UCLA in 1989 and a M.A from Stanford in 1992. She is currently heading up AXICOM's marketing department.
Richard Marder - Technical Services Manager. Richard is a Microsoft-Certified and Cisco-Certified engineer and holds numerous certifications. He oversees the technical staff for all projects and ongoing support work.
Technical Staff - Other technical staff members provide Help Desk Support, project management and training. AXICOM technicians hold a variety of Microsoft, Google and Cisco certifications.
Dispatching and Ticketing - When you contact AXICOM, our dispatcher immediately logs your request into the AXICOM ticket system where it will be assigned to a technician. In this way, AXICOM keeps a record of all problems and can easily spot trends with particular computers and networks. Additionally, AXICOM has a history to turn back to for any problem that might recur. Technology is ever-changing and it is our job to make sure that your business works seamlesslessly. By tracking our clients' technical issues, we can ensure that your technology runs as effectively as possible.
